Responsible for managing the entire customer service function across NCBA Uganda. Responsible for the quality and effectiveness of customer service being provided, providing vision and strategic leadership to all the customer touch points, overall service management and quality improvement both internally and externally.

OB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Head, Marketing, the role holder will be accountable for building dfcu’s Brand equity, enabling the brand to play a strong role in driving commercial success, by creating relevant, consistent, distinctive, and competitively advantageous dfcu brand that connects with our dynamic audiences. The Financial Inclusion Officer (FIO) is responsible for promoting growth of clients and the portfolio in the group methodology through mobilization of new potential customers to grow the group lending portfolio and provide financial literacy trainings to the group customers as part of a preparation process as the clients take up FINCA credit group loans products.

JOB PURPOSE: Reporting to the Head, Ecosystems and Partnerships, the role holder will be accountable for scouting, developing and managing relationships with partners who accelerate dfcu’ s ambition to step into new lines of business and bring additional strength to our existing core business, multiplying the value of our solutions.

In this role you would be responsible for cross-functional coordination, creative problem solving, developing partnerships and value-creating partnerships structures and leading engagement, strategy and negotiations with dfcu strategic partners. The role holder will have a keen understanding of complex commercial contracts, intellectual property and commercialization of new ventures

The intern will assist in the implementation of conservation projects and contribute to WWF Uganda’s work of protecting the country’s rich natural resources. S/he will have practical experience in biodiversity conservation, sustainable resource management, and community engagement and inclusion in conservation. The intern will be responsible for assisting the conservation teams in the implementation of innovative and dynamic environmental awareness and outreach activities in supporting the management and execution of conservation activities.

Managing the front desk, handling calls, welcoming visitors, and responding to inquiries. Providing administrative support to the Executive Director, coordinating logistics, managing records, and organizing meetings.
